• Pick up at the airport (the time depends on the flight schedule)
• Drive to waerebo about 3,5 hours (Lunch will be on the way to waerebo)
• Start trekking waerebo about 1.5 hours
• Stay overnight at waerebo village 1.200m above the sea level

Day 2

• 08:00 Breakfast
• 09:00 Leave the village and trek down to the parking area
• 12:00 Lunch time
• 13:00 Drive to the hotel in Labuan Bajo (3.5 hours)
• 16:30 Check in at the hotel 
• 19:00 Dinner time

Day 3

• 07:00 Breakfast
• 08:00 Boat check in 
• 08:30 Sail to Komodo Island
• 12:00 Lunch time
• 14:00 Padar
• 16:00 Pink Beach and Snorkeling
• 18:30 Sunset and Dinner

Day 4 

• 07:00 Breakfast
• 08:00 Snorkeling Kanawa Island
• 10:00 Boat check out
• 10:30 Drive to the airport
